All the best!
Nine years ago I had to sell my late mother’s house in Saint John while I was living in Toronto. Working with Nora through this was so painless and efficient, I called on her when the time came for me to retire and move back to Saint John. From the start Nora listened to what I was looking for and stayed connected for months as we watched for the perfect home. Most of this was while I was still in Toronto so I had to rely on her honest assessment of the market and the quality of what was available. She checked out our prospects for me and wasn’t afraid to tell me when she found them unsuitable. When I finally arrived in NB and I was in quarantine, a likely prospect came on the market. Concerned it might sell before I was able to get out to view, she took me through the house on video tour, gave me her honest opinion, and I trusted her enough to put an offer in even without seeing the house in person. As soon as I stepped into it 5 days later, I knew my trust had not been misplaced. Thanks to Nora Wills, I’m in a home I love; the negotiations, inspections and the entire process was once again painless and efficient. I never felt pressured or pushed, and it was a pleasure to get to know her.
Thank you Nora!
Nora Wills made my home purchase experience a pleasurable one. She was able to pin down what I was looking for and provided me with available options as soon as they became available. Not only did she accompany me on multiple viewings; but she also gladly took the time to explain the process, terminology and helped me through all the steps. I am a happy homeowner
When I was looking for multi-unit buildings, I needed an agent who would have the endurance, relative to the search and I found this quality in Nora Wills. I knew Nora from her previous job in advertising. I remember her to be a bright individual and hardworking.
Every few weeks Nora would send me multi-unit buildings for sale and I would crunch the numbers to make sure it made good business sense. The numbers have to work.
Nora remained very positive when it was time for the inspection and keep a cool head when we went back to the negotiating table due to our findings. She maintained a good sense of humour and that takes the extra stress out, of a situation that can become tense.
It all worked out in the end. She kept things on tract and went the extra distance doing the final walk through inspection when I was out of the country at the time of closing.
I would engage her services again, no question. It’s a tough business.
Deciding to sell my house after the death of my partner was an emotionally difficult decision. I approached Nora Wills for advice and support during this period and the lengthy period of making the house presentable for showings. Moving from a four bedroom house with a fully finished basement was as daunting a task, as deciding to sell. I knew I’d be moving into a much smaller condo or apartment, so there was a lot of stuff to eliminate from my life. Nora was patient with this rather lengthy process and made some helpful suggestions. Nora was great in providing contacts to help with the decluttering/cleaning process and moving the unwanted items on. This helped me see the possibility of the move forward and gave me courage to continue.
Nora was great in providing me with realistic expectations for the value in my home with the facts. She walked me through step by step with the process. She referred me to a lawyer to handle the legal obligations I would have as a seller.
The job was done in a timely manner, once the sign was on the lawn, I would happily use Nora’s services again. I was in good hands and my best interests were her top priority.
